About The Event

Thank you all for registering your interest for yoga classes at Upahaar!

The first trial session will  be on Sunday 21st March. This will be a pay as you go session, after which you can decide to enrol for the term. 

The Yoga instructor leading the session will be Vidur Varma, a certified Hatha Yoga teacher from Sri Sri School of Yoga, Bangalore. Read his full biography on Upahaar's faculty page on our website!
