Platinum Package (£2,000): The ultimate sponsorship tier offering maximum high-impact visibility across all physical and digital channels. Features include premier placement on front-page website banners, dedicated social media posts, features in the Upahaar and Indian Classical Arts newsletters, active flyer distribution, an onsite venue standee, physical logo display, representation in the official programme e-brochure and a 30-second video on digital displays across all 3 venues.   
 
Gold Package (£1,500): A comprehensive tier designed for high audience engagement and broad reach. Sponsors receive front-page website advertising, physical logo displays,, social media promotion, newsletter features, direct flyer distribution, representation in the official programme e-brochure and a 15-second video display across 3 event venues.

It includes physical logo placement, front-page website banner, social media posts, newsletter listings, representation in the official programme e-brochure and a still-image advert on digital displays across all 3 venues.

General Sponsorship (£200): A foundational tier for individuals or businesses seeking core brand representation. Includes representation in the official programme e-brochure and physical logo display across all 3 venues.   
 
Stall Holder (£150): Exclusively designated for vendor presence across 1 event location, providing space to set up a commercial or promotional company stall directly at the venues.
