Nrithya-Upahaar 2026

Nrithya-Upahaar 2026 is a three-day international festival of classical Indian dance, curated by Upahaar School of Dance, bringing together established and emerging artists from the UK and internationally. The festival celebrates the richness and diversity of Indian classical dance through performances, artist discussions, masterclasses and participatory workshops.

Taking place across three London venues, the festival opens on 31 October at Trinity School, Croydon, featuring performances by leading artists including Pallavi Anand. The second day, 6 November at The Bhavan, London, presents artists including acclaimed Odissi dancer Akankshya Padhi. The festival concludes on 7 November at artsdepot, North London, featuring Pagrav Dance Company, alongside further performances celebrating South Asian dance.

Across the three days, audiences will experience a diverse programme spanning Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam and Odissi, complemented by opportunities to meet, learn from and engage with professional practitioners. Nrithya-Upahaar 2026 aims to bring exceptional classical Indian dance to new and existing audiences while supporting artistic exchange, participation and the continued development of these living traditions in the UK.

Bronze Package (£500): An ideal entry-level marketing package targeting core digital and print audiences. Benefits include physical logo displays, a front-page banner on the website, social media coverage, and inclusion in the programme e-brochure.
General Sponsorship (£200): A foundational tier for individuals or businesses seeking core brand representation. Includes representation in the official programme e-brochure and physical logo display across all 3 venues.

Stall Holder (£150): Exclusively designated for vendor presence across 1 event location, providing space to set up a commercial or promotional company stall directly at the venues.
